Hi, I’m Tiffany

I hope to meet you here, in the gentlemind space

Thank you for stopping by gentlemind counselling!

I am passionate about human connection and exploring the complexities that come with being human. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I moved to Hong Kong with a different path in mind. However, life had other plans and directed me towards a career in mental health advocacy and counselling, where my passion and skills could be put to better use in serving others. With a Master's Degree in Mental Health and Counselling from the University of Hong Kong, I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. My practice is centred around a genuine, curious, patient, and compassionate heart, allowing me to offer each client a personalized and empathetic perspective.

At gentlemind counselling, you will find a nurturing space where you can safely work on self-discovery, growth, and healing, empowering you to become the person you truly want to be. Whether you are looking for a moment of reflection or a break from the daily hustle and bustle, gentlemind counselling is a place to calm your mind and heart—it is your soft place to land. Seeking help is normalized here, and you will learn to prioritize your emotional well-being and feel empowered to take control of your life.

I live in Hong Kong with my husband and a few plants that, for some reason, have decided not to give up on me, yet. In my personal time, I enjoy learning yoga, exploring hikes around Hong Kong, and snacking on a bag of chips with a good tv show or movie. I am also a self-proclaimed nerd who enjoys listening to podcasts, loves all things Rupaul, Formula 1 (especially the memes), John Mayer, and Adele.

gentlemind counselling is your soft place to land to work on yourself without judgement—to look inward to find understanding, acceptance, and resilience.
